Hello Guys !!! Namaste, Sat Sri Akal, Kem Cho, As-salamu alaykum.

Mutton curry is prepare with Mutton , tomato, ginger , etc.  it may be prepare in slow cooker or pressure cooker. it is serve with rice or roti. Soft chunks of meat cooked in onion, tomato gravy. In this recipe we use different types of herbs and spices which gives richness and a aromatic flavor. Mutton curry contains soft and tender chunks of mutton. Mutton curry recipe is famous across the India or all over the world because of its richness and flavorful gravy. It is easy once you get the ingredients ready. It can be made by sauteing mutton  in oil along with the onion, tomato gravy, spices and condiments.

Instructions
Marination of Mutton
  1. Marinate the mutton with 1 tbsp of refined oil, 1 tbsp of turmeric, 1 tbsp of red chilli powder, 2 tbsp of Curd, 1 tbsp of ginger & garlic paste and salt ( to taste ). Put it aside.
Preparation of gravy
  1. Heat oil in a pan. add Green Cardamom, Cinnamon sticks, Cloves, saute for 1 min.
  2. Add onions and green Chillies. Saute until golden brown then lower the flame as much as possible. Add marinate meat and saute for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Covered it for 10 minutes until moisture begins release then add meat masala and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add Tomato puree and saute until smell goes. it takes 6-8 minutes.
  5. Add water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistle on medium Flame and if you are cooking in pot cook until Soft and tender. Add water as needed.
  6. Serve Hot with Rice or Roti.
