This recipe especially cook on marriages, parties, etc. You can easily make this Dish at home for kitty parties or when guests visits your place. You can also use TOFU ( soya paneer ) as a alternative for this recipe if you are health conscious. Palak paneer recipe | how to make palak paneer
A healthy green colored paneer recipe prepared mainly from the thick paste of spinach puree.
45 minutes ( approx)
Ingredients for Palak Paneer
Species and Herbs for Palak Paneer
Cut spinach into shreds and cook in water with a pinch of salt until tender; remove from heat and pour spinach in cold water. Then grind in Grinder into fine paste.
Saute onion, cinnamon and ginger & garlic paste in 3-4 (approx ) tablespoons ghee or oil until onion is colourless.
Then add chopped tomatoes, and reduce heat. Add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well. until Tomatos get pulpy and soft.
Add cooked spinach with, cover and simmer on low heat for approximately 15-20 minutes (approx).
Slowly stir in Fresh cream, and heat through on low heat. then Add paneer cubes.
Serve hot with Naan or Tandoori roti.
